Delivery Information


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

BlueB use a number of methods to get your goods to you depending on the size and fragility of the item chosen.

1) Smaller items of weight less than 25 Kilos

If the item is in stock, we will deliver your items to you in 2-3 working days after receipt of your payment. You must inspect the fitting within 48 hours of receipt as no refund or exchanges will be made after this time. Do not instruct tradesmen to start work until you have received the goods, as Blueb can not refund you in the event of a hold up in the delivery of the goods. You will be given a delivery date so you can plan accordingly.

2) Medium Items such as Mirrors and items which cannot be sent via UPS

These can not be sent via general carrier as they are breakable or bulky and need a specialist carrier to deliver. Please allow 7-10 days for these items to come to you. Examples of these products are larger mirrors and single items of sanitaryware.

3) Large Items such as Baths and Showers/ Screens etc

These items need to be treated with care and will be packed on a pallet for safety. Because we do not sell normal run-of-the-mill products which are available in multiple outlets, and because many items or especially ordered or made to order these can take longer to get to you. When placing your order, you will be contacted to inform you of the delivery time. You will then be asked to agree to the delevery time.

For large items, if we are unable to deliver on the day agreed and the goods have to be redelivered another day there will be a delivery charge made for this.
