Returns and Refunds Policy

When ordering a Bath, it is essential that you inspect the bath when it is delivered.

Before all baths leave our premises, we photograph all sides of the baths in high resolution. This to confirm that there is no damage or unnecessary scratches on the outside or inside of the products. In the event of a dispute to do with damage we can send you pictures of the product as proof of our quality control.

IF THE BOX CONTAINING THE BATH IS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY, PLEASE INSPECT THE PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY AND RING OUR CONTACT NUMBER.

Return of goods for any reason will not be accepted without a completed Goods Return FormClick here to download or you can obtain one by contacting our customer services. Email - customerservices@blueb.co.uk

FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS - TO BE REPORTED WITHIN 2 DAYS

Once the returns form has been reviewed, our customer service department will contact you to arrange collection of the item(s).

Upon receipt of the faulty item(s), an inspection will be carried out to confirm that the fault highlighted on your returns form is correct.

Once the item is deemed faulty, a replacement or refund of the item(s) (inc delivery cost) will be arranged.

CANCELLATION POLICY

TO BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS

Under no conditions can goods be returned where they have been a `Special Order` or `Out of stock`. A "Special Order" is when goods have to be ordered in especially for you when they are not in stock. Please check with us whether your order is deemed to be a special order BEFORE YOU COMPLETE YOUR ORDER as it will restrict your ability to return goods if you simply "cancel your order of change your mind ".

If you change your mind about the products or order goods in error you can return it to us subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. However this does not apply where goods ordered are "Special Order" or not from our own stocks.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: To assist in the return of goods, it is essential to keep hold of boxes and packaging for as long as possible. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 7 working days from date of delivery for credit or refund. You must inform us of your reasons for returning goods in writing within 7 days, for full details of how to return your purchase please call BlueB Limited to be advised. It is the customer’s responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and take responsible care and precautions when returning products to us to ensure the safe return of the goods. On receipt of the goods into our warehouse, the goods will be inspected by our warehouse/logistics department, after inspection if it is apparent that reasonable care of the goods has not been taken, we reserve the right to levy a surcharge from the amount of the refund agreed. In the event of any accessories or instructions are missing, the company reserves the right to charge for replacement of these items. No goods will be accepted for return without a signed returns authorisation document.

It is your responsibility to ensure that returned items reach us in good condition. WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE COST OR LIABILITY for the transit of returned goods and therefore suggest that you take out carrier insurance.

If the goods do not arrive back at our warehouse in a re-saleable condition BlueB Ltd reserve the right to refuse a refund.

The goods should be well packed in their original packaging, using clear tape and marked only with the address label provided.

PLEASE NOTE:

DO NOT WRITE ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGING. IT IS THEN DEEMED UNFIT FOR RESALE AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

ANY GOODS RECEIVED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION OR A COMPLETED RETURNS FORM WILL BE REFUSED AND WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO A REFUND.

Providing the goods are received in a perfect condition, a refund will be issued after deducting a re-stocking fee

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

1. All goods should be checked upon receipt, and notification of any problems should be received within 2 working days. No liabilty for damaged or short ordered goods can be accepted after the date of the acceptance signature.

2. Delivery dates given are APPROXIMATE and subject to alteration upon product availability. We will ring you to agree an exact delivery date, and you will be asked to officially confirm that you will be present where the goods are to be delivered.

If the goods arrive for delivery and there is no one there to receive and sign for them, the items will be returned to us and will not be re delivered until a further delivery charge is received by ourselves.

3. Tradesman should NOT be booked until goods are received and checked.              BlueB Limited DO NOT accept liability for any 3rd party costs incurred as a result of any delays in despatch.

4. Delivery will be made to the nearest hard road point. Our delivery staff will be as helpful as possible but they will need assistance with heavy loads and we regret that they are NOT insured to carry goods into homes, premises or up stairs. (All delivery vans are single man operated). This is a Health and Safety issue in Law. Please ensure there are enough people who are capable of carrying large items such as baths and shower cubicles and shower trays into your premises as the driver is not authorised to do this.
